Quick troubleshooting

The extension cannot find my conversations

Open https://chatgpt.com, make sure you are signed in, keep that tab open, and click Load conversations again.

A deletion task paused

Keep Chrome and a signed-in ChatGPT tab open. If Chrome was fully closed, the saved queue should resume after Chrome starts again and the ChatGPT tab is available.

Some deletions failed

Open Task status to view the failure reason. Temporary rate limits trigger a cooldown. Authentication or website-interface errors may require reloading or signing in again.

The list still shows a deleted conversation

Reload the conversation list from ChatGPT. The website may also need to be refreshed before its sidebar reflects the latest state.
